Success Stories
Committed to our customers’ success.
Pneu-Logic works with industrial organizations that are looking for cost-effective solutions for compressed air inefficiencies. Following are just some of the companies that have used our advanced systems and engineering services to save on electrical energy costs and improve system performance.
Weyerhaeuser
With a Pneu-Logic control system in place, Weyerhaeuser was able to more accurately match its air supply with its air demand, saving energy through eliminating excess compressed air. The Coburg mill’s annual energy savings for compressed air are $55,000 and 1.3 million kWh. In addition, Weyerhaeuser’s throughput increased by 1.5% because of consistent air pressure. The Weyerhaeuser facilities in Oregon that now use the Pneu-Logic system include Cottage Grove, Santiam, Warrenton and Sweet Home.

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard
Puget Sound Naval Shipyard exceeded the original project study estimates that they would save more than 30% of their total compressed air related electrical energy consumption. Utilizing Pneu-Logic's solutions, the US Navy currently saves 10,235,000 kWh of energy and $388,000 per year.
Stillwater Mining
With the installation of Pneu-Logic's patented compressed air management technology, Stillwater's network constantly analyzes air flow and related data to dynamically adjust compressor performance to changing demand conditions. Total electrical energy cost savings at the Stillwater Mine site currently exceeds $200,000 annually.
Luzenac Talc Mill
Today, Luzenac’s Montana Mill has fully automated compressed air controls in place and realizes annual power savings of $92,000. System performance and reliability have improved, and maintenance costs have been reduced.
